Bloom X Build is a small web design studio for restaurants, wellness studios and service businesses. We started as URBN Web Design, and in 2026 we grew into a new name for what we have always believed: good businesses are built with their community.
The story
Crystal Jones · founder
Bloom X Build began as URBN Web Design, founded in Houston by Crystal Jones. Crystal grew up in a family of business owners, was selling candy around her neighborhood at thirteen, and joined the Navy at seventeen, where she served for six years.
She built URBN to help service-based businesses get found online and turn visitors into customers. Along the way she became an accredited small business consultant, and the work expanded from websites into helping owners run better businesses.
In 2026, URBN became Bloom X Build: a new name for a sharper focus on the restaurants, studios and service businesses that give a community its character.
